ubo33 Terms and Conditions

Please read these complete terms and conditions carefully before using the ubo33 platform. Registering and using the platform is considered full acceptance of these terms.

ubo33 ("we", "our") operates a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services, products, activities and use of the website.

  • These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.
  • Where a conflict arises between the Bengali version and any other language version, the Bengali version will take precedence.
  • ubo33 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Registration Eligibility

To create an account on ubo33, users must meet the following requirements:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
  • Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The registrant must provide a valid and active email address and phone number.
  • The account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
Warning: Registering with false information will result in immediate account cancellation and all collected funds may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The ubo33 platform conducts an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) to prevent fraud and money laundering. Identity verification is required in the following situations:

  • Before the first withdrawal request.

  • At any time upon request by the platform's security team.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Payments

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum single deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Funds from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted.

5 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

  • The minimum first deposit to claim the bonus is ৳500.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met.
  • The time limit for completing the wagering requirement starts from the date the bonus is credited.
  • If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
  • ubo33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.
  • VIP members enjoy weekly cashback benefits according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%.
  • In any dispute related to bonuses, ubo33's decision will be considered final.

7 Betting Rules

General Betting Terms

All betting activities on ubo33 are governed by the following general rules:

  • Bets can only be placed when the account has sufficient funds.
  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless ubo33 permits it under special circumstances.
  • Bets accepted incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void and funds will be returned.
  • If the outcome of a game is affected by a disconnection, the data stored on the server will be considered final.
  • For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the match result is officially announced by the relevant authority (e.g., ICC, FIFA).

Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports:

  • Bets will be accepted before the match starts or up to the designated cut-off time.
  • Odds may change during live betting and this is the customer's responsibility.
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be recalculated and settled according to the relevant policy.

8 Prohibited Activities

Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ubo33 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
  • Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the bonus terms.
  • Using software, bots, automation tools or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Operating an account using a false identity.
  • Threatening or harassing other members or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
  • Intentionally exploiting a technical error or bug in any game.
Consequences: If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be permanently closed, all funds and winnings will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Reasons for Account Suspension

ubo33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following situations:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to provide valid identity verification documents.
  • Account remaining inactive for an extended period (no transactions for more than 12 months).
  • As required to meet legal obligations.

Members may also request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat. All pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable funds will be returned before the account is closed.
